Overview
Now that you've had some practice in designing and building a hospital, here
are some of the more technical aspects summarized for easy reference.

Diseases
There are 33 diseases available in the game, but you won't get all
of them until the later levels. Each time you start a new level you have
to 'discover' the diseases anew. Some disease cures are already available
to you, others need to be researched along with the diagnosis rooms required
to recognize them.
The cure price varies with your reputation in that disease:
Charge = Cure price * reputation / 500
You can charge more or less for each disease by adjusting the pricing percentage.
Every emergency patient that you handle also pays a treatment charge,
the bonus is for handling the emergency by healing most or all of the patients.

Rooms - building
Each room takes up valuable space, and costs can vary considerably
depending on function. Rooms also have a minimum size for the furniture
to fit into (it is usually best to build larger), and the amount of space
they take up has to fit into the existing hospital design.
Room cost goes down when research improves the cost to buy/replace a
machine instead of its strength.
Rooms that have identical suggested sizes are largely interchangeable,
use this as you design the transition from early in a level to the long term.

Rooms - maintaining
Rooms that have repairable machines also incur additional costs in maintenance.
These costs are charged when you replace a machine with low strength.
Researching machine improvements will bring the cost of a machine down
when it has reached maximum strength.
All other rooms have no charge for maintenance.

Rooms - diagnosis charges
There are 10 diagnosis rooms in the game, but you won't get all of
them until the later levels. Each time you start a new level you will have
to research some of these rooms again, but some that you have to research
on early levels are given free on later levels.
The charge price varies with your overall reputation:
price = diagnosis charge * overall reputation / 500
You can also charge more or less for each diagnosis machine by adjusting
the pricing percentage.
